We are Becky & Sanjiv. 

We live in a Philadelphia suburb and have a current portfolio of over 250 units.  Mostly residential, about a dozen commercial and over 50 Airbnbs.

We have been building this portfolio for 25 years.

We both have multiple college degrees & have spent decades in Corporate America.

We are now looking to expand to reach 1,000+ units.

Our buy box is:

• 1970 or newer

• 40-80 units

• Class A or B neighborhoods

• Value Add Opportunity

We are now looking to partner with other people that have a 5-7 year investment window and are interested in safe and secure investments in the Greater Philadelphia area.
